Businesses Seeking to Avoid Compliance
Every prefix passes mandatory ownership, ROA, and abuse checks before listing. Operators that want to bypass these requirements are not served.
Bulk Emailers and Spam Operations
Reputation is monitored continuously. Confirmed spam activity triggers immediate suspension and frozen payouts. No warnings are issued for deliberate abuse.
Price-First Buyers
Pricing reflects verified, monitored prefixes with documented routing history. Operators optimizing solely on per-IP cost will find lower prices elsewhere.
Short-Term Arbitrage
Lease contracts have minimum terms and post-cancellation cooldowns. Short-term IP flipping or single-campaign use is not supported.
Operations Without BGP Expertise
LOAs, ROA records, and IRR objects are provided. BGP session setup and route announcement remain the customer's responsibility. Managed routing is not offered.
Anonymity-Seeking Operations
Identity verification, ownership validation, and audit logging apply to every account. Anonymous operation is not possible on the platform.
Acceptable Use Policy
