When you register for an account, we collect your business name and registration details, contact information (name, email, phone, address), tax identification numbers (VAT/BTW), authorized representative information, billing and payment details, and technical contact information (NOC, abuse contacts).

2.2 KYC/Verification Data

For compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and payment processor requirements, we collect and process the following data through Stripe Connect:

• •Identity Documents: Passport, national ID card, or driver's license
• •Proof of Address: Utility bills, bank statements, or official correspondence
• •Business Documents: Registration certificates, articles of incorporation
• •Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Data: Personal details of individuals with 25% or more ownership stake, including name, date of birth, nationality, and residential address
• •Bank Account Information: IBAN, bank name, and account holder name for payout processing

2.3 Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses used to access our platform, browser type and version, operating system, device information, pages visited and time spent, referral sources, and cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2.4 Transaction Data

We maintain records of lease transactions and history, payment records and invoices, IP resource listings and allocations, support tickets and communications, and audit logs and activity records.

3 How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data for the following purposes:
