IP Market ™, statutory name PeaceWeb B.V. ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our IPv4 address leasing and monetization platform.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Dutch Data Protection Act (UAVG), and other applicable data protection laws. This policy applies to all data collected through our website, platform, and related services.

2 Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you register for an account, we collect your business name and registration details, contact information (name, email, phone, address), tax identification numbers (VAT/BTW), authorized representative information, billing and payment details, and technical contact information (NOC, abuse contacts).

2.2 KYC/Verification Data

For compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and payment processor requirements, we collect and process the following data through Stripe Connect:

  • Identity Documents: Passport, national ID card, or driver's license
  • Proof of Address: Utility bills, bank statements, or official correspondence
  • Business Documents: Registration certificates, articles of incorporation
  • Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Data: Personal details of individuals with 25% or more ownership stake, including name, date of birth, nationality, and residential address
  • Bank Account Information: IBAN, bank name, and account holder name for payout processing

Important: KYC verification is processed through Stripe Connect. By providing this data, you also agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

2.3 Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses used to access our platform, browser type and version, operating system, device information, pages visited and time spent, referral sources, and cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2.4 Transaction Data

We maintain records of lease transactions and history, payment records and invoices, IP resource listings and allocations, support tickets and communications, and audit logs and activity records.

3 How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: Processing transactions, managing your account, and providing customer support
  • Compliance: Fulfilling KYC/AML requirements and legal obligations
  • Security: Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

Legal Bases for Processing

Support

All processors are bound by data processing agreements in accordance with GDPR Article 28. For US-based processors, appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

5 International Data Transfers

Your data is primarily processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). When we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), adequacy decisions by the European Commission, or other approved transfer mechanisms.

6 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specific retention periods include:

  • Account Data: Duration of account plus 7 years for legal compliance
  • Transaction Records: 7 years (Dutch tax law requirements)
  • KYC Documents: 5 years after relationship ends (AML requirements)
  • Technical Logs: 90 days for security purposes
  • Marketing Preferences: Until you withdraw consent
